摘要
统计过程控制(SPC)分析与管理系统,实现了SPC数据的计算机采集与处理,大大提高了SPC分析的效率与准确性,对推动目前国内SPC应用,提高产品质量管理水平具有重要的现实意义。具体介绍了SPC分析与管理系统的结构、特点、功能及其数据采集与处理系统的软、硬件设计与实现。
Statistical Process Control(SPC) analysis and management system achieves SPC data computer acquisition and processing and improves greatly SPC analysis efficiency and accuracy, which is an important and practical impact in accelerating the present SPC application and improving product quality management level. This paper discusses concretely SPC analysis and management system' s structure, properties, functions,the software and hardware of its data acquisition and processing.
