天然勃姆石矿在适当焙烧条件下可相变成 γ-Al_2O_3,而 γ-Al_2O_3,具有吸附水体中 F^-的性能。吸附 F^-后可用稀 NaOH 溶液解吸,酸中和再生。解吸后的含氟 NaOH 废液可用石灰粉回收,既减少了 NaOH 的消耗,又避免了对环境的污染。
Natural boehmite can be transformed to γ-Al2O3, when it is calcined under appropriare conditions. The γ-Al2O3 has the property to adsorb fluorine anions in water, and the fluorine anions adsorbed inγ-Al2O3 can be desorbed by a dilute NaOH solution and then the γ-Al2O3 is neutralized and regenerated with an acid solution. The waste liquid of fluorine-bearing NaOH after the desorbing processing can be recovered by lime powder. It can thus reduce the consumption of NaOH, and avoid environment al pollution.As the γ-Al2O3 produced by thermal phase transformation of natural boehmite can adsorb effectively fluorine anions of water body, and be used cyclically, it then opens a new way to reduce fluorine conenfrations in the areas where fluorine in drinking water is too high.
