摘要
目的 了解接触X射线作业人员晶状体浑浊情况。方法 采用裂隙灯显微镜检查法 ,对本市区内 2 965例 ( 5 93 0眼 )从事放射作业的工作人员进行眼晶状体检查。结果 5 93 0眼中晶状体浑浊 13 0 6眼 ,检出率 2 2 0 2 % ,其中放射线晶状体浑浊 3 2眼 ,检出率为 0 5 4% ,随着放射工龄的增加 ,眼晶状体浑浊率增高 ,其中医用X射线组晶状体浑浊率高于工业探伤组。结论 长期低剂量职业照射可造成眼晶状体浑浊 ,严重者可导致辐射性白内障 (radiationalcataract)
Objective Research the lens opacification in X-ray radiographers.Methods Examine the lens with slit lamp in 2965 (5930eyes) radiographers in shanghai.Results 1306 eyes have the lens opacification in 5930 eyes,the recurrence rate is 22.02%.32 eyes are radiation cataract,the recuttence is 0.54%.The longer time working in radiation,the more opacity.The recurrence rate in X-ray group is higher than that of industrial injury group.Conclusion The lens opacity will appear if work long time in low dose radiation.Radiation cataract will appear in svere one.
