摘要
高职英语教师必须与时俱进,全面发展。通过分析当前高职英语教师所需要的素质要求,如专业知识、教学理论、教学能力和实践能力等,提出了高职英语教师准入条件、加强在职学习、重视科研、重视教研室活动等建议,以期全面提高高职英语教师的素质。
English teachers in higher vocational colleges must keep pace with the times and achieve all-round development.According to analyze the requirements of the needs of current higher vocational English teachers,such as professional knowledge,teaching theory,teaching ability and practice ability,put forward the suggestions,such as strengthening the access conditions,on-thejob learning,scientific research and teaching research activity,to improve the quality of English teacher.
