摘要
目的了解绵阳市售农产品重金属污染情况。方法对2010年市售农产品重金属污染监测数据进行统计、归类和分析。结果 2010年市售农产品监测重金属项目为铅、镉和总汞,对照相关标准,128份样品中有71份铅超标,55份镉超标,21份总汞超标,样品铅、镉和总汞含量合格率分别为44.53%、57.03%和83.59%。结论绵阳市市售农产品中铅、镉和总汞含量整体合格率较低,应加强农产品重金属污染物的监测工作,确保消费者的食品安全。
Objectives To understand the status of heavy metal contamination in agricultural products on the markets of Mianyang city. Methods The contamination of lead,cadmium and total mercury in agricultural products in 2010 was monitored and the data were analyzed statistically. Results In comparison with relevant standards,the contents of lead in 71 of 128 samples,cadmium in 55 of 128 samples and total mercury in 21 of 128 samples were higher than the upper limits. The qualified rates for the content of lead,cadmium and total mercury in all samples were 44. 53%,57. 03%,and 83. 59%,respectively. Conclusions The qualified rates for heavy metals in agricultural products were low in Mianyang city. It is necessary to strengthen the surveillance of heavy metal contamination in agricultural products and to assure the food safety for consumers.
