摘要
本文主要从法律史和经济史的角度对敦煌出土吐蕃文契约文书的资料价值作了言简意赅的分析,以期引起学界之关注。
This paper makes a concise and comprehensive analysis on material value of Tibetan contract in Dunhuang from perspective of history of law and economy, hoping that it can cause concern in the field.
