摘要
在人类征服自然和建构社会的过程中 ,对人自身的认识和对人价值的关注以及对人的尊严的重视导致“以人为本”管理的出现。“以人为本”的管理已成为现代人类文明管理的基本标志。而儒家民本思想在现代管理中也愈发突显其地位 ,那么 ,作为长存于中华民族心灵深处的儒家学说 ,到底哪些内容能够为现代管理所用呢 ?本文试就此进行探讨。
During the process of humans conquering the nature and constructing society,knowing human itself concering its value,and focusing on its dignity have become the symbol of civilization management,and that humanism of Confucianists plays a greater important role in mordern administration.Then ,which part of the Confucianist theory can be used in modern adminstration. is what the article focuses on.
