摘要
"情绪智力"一说出现于20世纪90年代,借鉴情绪智力能力,高校教育工作者可以通过提高大学生情绪的自我意识,洞挖其个人情绪、引导其自我激励、提高其移情能力等方式做好大学生的心理教育工作,帮助大学生健康成长。
Emotional Itelligence”has been one of the focuses since it was bring forward in the 1990's.The author analyzes the origion and connotation of the emotional itelligence,the relationship between emotional itelligence and itelligence,the education on the university students'emotional itelligence,and so on.,so as to give the psychology quality education on the university students some suggestions.
