摘要
国际政治主要是各个国家对其他国家交往过程中的联系、活动及政策的总称，是国际关系中最活跃的一种关系；而国际法是调整这种国际关系所形成的制度、法规及习惯的总称。自二者产生以来，就对国际社会的发展产生着巨大的影响，如何理解好国际政治与国际法。
International politics is mainly the generality of connections,activities and policies formed when each country associates with other ones,it is the most active one among all international relationship While international law is the generality of the principles, laws and customs formed in adjusting this kind of international relationship They two have exerted tremendous influence on the international world since their very beginning There fore how to comprehand international politics and international law becomes very essential to both understand the developing tendency of the world and establish new international order
