2013美国ST段抬高心肌梗死指南解读 被引量：8

摘要 继欧洲心脏病学会（European Society of Cardiology，ESC）2012 年公布新版ST 段抬高型心肌梗死（ST segment elevation myocardial infarct ion，STEMI）指南，美国心脏病学会基金会（American College of Cardiology Foundation，ACCF）及美国心脏协会（American Heart Association，AHA） 在2012年底在线发布了2013 版美国新STEMI 诊治指南（以下简称新版指南）。新版指南在2004版以及2007、2009 两版指南更新的基础上，全面回顾近年来相关循证医学进展及临床实践经验，从诊断和再灌注策略选择、药物治疗以及并发症处理等诸多方面为STEMI 指南做出进一步更新。
