摘要
目的研究抑癌基因nm23-H1与细胞黏附相关的E-cad及微淋巴管标记物D2-40在鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤中的表达,以探讨其意义。方法用免疫组化法检测nm23-H1、E-cad和D2-40在不同病理类型鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤中的表达,并深入研究在鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤、癌旁组织及对照组中的表达。结果 E-cad在鼻腔鼻窦恶性上皮肿瘤和恶性软组织肿瘤中的表达存在统计学差异(P<0.01),nm23-H1和D2-40在恶性鼻腔鼻窦上皮源性和软组织源性肿瘤的表达无统计学差异(P>0.05)。nm23-H1在鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤、癌旁和对照组中的表达存在统计学差异(P<0.01),而D2-40的表达无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 E-cad与鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤的发生密切相关,但在不同病理类型组织中可能以不同的机制发挥作用。抑癌基因nm23-H1在鼻腔鼻窦的良恶性肿瘤的发生过程中均发挥作用,而微淋巴管在鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤中不发挥作用,这将为鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤的病因学研究提供依据。
Objective To study the role of the nm23-H1,E-cad and D2-40 in nasal and paranasal sinus malignant tumor(NPMT).Methods The immunohistchemical technique was used to detected the expression of nm23-H1,E-cad and D2-40 in NPMT,para-cancer tissues and non-cancer tissues.Results There was a significant difference in expression of the E-cad in endepidermis and soft connective tissue of the NPMT(P<0.01).There was a significant difference in the expression of nm23-H1 in NPMT,para-cancer tissues and non-cancer tissues(P<0.01),but that of micro lymphangion had no significance(P>0.05).Conclusions The nm23-H1 may be play an important role in the occurrence of the NPMT,while the micro lymphangion may not be.The E-cad may play the different role in different pathotype of the NPMT,but its mechanism needs further study.
