摘要
百年大计,教育为本;教育大计,教师为本;教师大计,师德为本。高校教师队伍的建设,其根本和核心是师德建设,直接影响着大学生道德品质和道德人格的形成与发展,是高校实现可持续发展的重要精神动力。文章结合新形势下高校师德的内涵、现状,探索师德建设的方法和途径。
Education is the basis of the One-hundred-year Project. Teachers are the essential element of the project. Teacher's virtue is the basis of the Teachers Project. The building-up of teacher's virtue-the spiritual impetus for the realization of the continuous development of colleges and universities, which has a direct impact on the formation and development of their students' character and morals, is the basis and the core of teachers development. In connection with the connotation and the present conditions of teacher's virtue under the new situation. This essay aims at exploring ways of building up teacher's virtue.
