摘要
深化教育改革、全面推进素质教育 ,给高校共青团工作带来了机遇 ,同时也提出了挑战。论文认为广大团干应积极探索新形势下高校共青团工作的新领域、新方法、新途径 ,解决团的工作面临的新问题 ,迎接挑战。并对如何充分发挥共青团组织的自身优势 ,抓住机遇 。
The deepening reforms in education and the quality education have have presented both opportunities and challenges for those in charge of the Communist Youth League(CYL) work in colleges and universities. The article argues that leaders of CYL should probe into the current situation in new areas and new approaches to deal with new problems and meet new challenges and exert the preponderance of the Communist Youth League to seize the opportunities so that it plays an important role in quality education.
