摘要
在商业风险模型框架基础上 ,分析了与信息技术风险相关的概念、特征和对当今高度信息依赖的企业的影响 ,针对企业信息技术风险管理发展的不同阶段提出了相应的管理框架 ,列出了一些实施信息技术风险管理的关键要素。在此基础上 。
On the basis of the model of business risk,the concepts related to the risk of information technology(IT), the characteristics of the IT risk, and the impacts of such risk on the enterprises which have a high degree of dependence on information are analyzed. Then different managerial models are presented corresponding to the different phases of the IT risk management, and some critical successful factors(CSFs) in implementing the management are also listed. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to Chinese enterprises which are carrying on informatization.
