摘要
论文首先给出了测评体系一级指标的框架,在此基础上给出了企业信息技术应用水平的5个等级,其中4个一级指标分别为:信息化基础、信息化管理、信息化环境和信息化效果。论文以信息化基础这个一级指标为例,说明了构成其下属的二级、三级和四级指标,其中四级指标为实际观测指标。在此基础上,本文研制了企业信息技术应用水平的测评系统,并对10个北京市的企业进行了实际的测评。
This paper puts forward a frame of evaluating system including four instruments as below, informatization foundation, informatization management, informatization environment and informatization effect, then suggests the five levels of the enterprise IT application state. The author designs and develops the evaluating system software, and evaluates the lever of ten enterprises IT application state with this software.
