摘要
肛缘水肿是痔疮术后常见并发症之一,在加重患者疼痛的同时,还影响了切口的正常愈合,是临床上亟待解决的问题。本院采用地奥司明片、草木犀流浸液片口服,与50%硫酸镁溶液湿敷联合应用治疗痔术后肛缘水肿,取得了令人满意的临床效果。联合使用地奥司明片、草木犀流浸液片口服,与50%硫酸镁液湿敷用于治疗混合痔术后肛缘水肿,使患者水肿症状得到明显改善,值得临床推广。
The anal margin of edema is one of the common complications after hemorrhoids operation,in the exacerbation of pain at the same time,also af ected the incision healing,is an urgent problem in the clinical practice.This academy uses a Diosmin tablets,Melilotus Extract Tablet oral,and 50%Magnesium sulfate wet solution combined treatment of hemorrhoid postoperative perianal edema,achieved satisfactory clinical ef ect.The combined use of Diosmin tablets,Melilotus Extract Tablet oral,and 50%Magnesium sulfate wet packing for the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids anal edema after operation,the symptomswere improved obviously,is worth the clinical promotion.
