摘要
本文针对企业标准化能力提升问题,借鉴美国国防部体系结构框架(DoDAF)理念方法,提出由管理、过程、体系、资源、数据、标准等六个视图构成的企业标准化管理体系框架,探讨了一种推进企业标准化能力持续提升的结构化方法。
Aiming at improving enterprise’s standardization capability,the paper uses DoDAF concept and method for reference,proposes a framework for the standardization management system of enterprise that is composed of six parts including management,process,system,resource,data and standards,and discusses a structured method to promote the continuous improvement of enterprise standardization capabilities.
